Universal AI context for every tool your people use
AI that knows your organisation, operates your systems and acts within your permissions
Dienox is a platform that gives a company one knowledge base that every AI tool its people use reads from: Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor and any other MCP client. Teach it once, and every AI your people use starts from the same facts.
One knowledge base. Every tool reads the same thing.

Universal AI context
What universal AI context means
Universal AI context is the knowledge of an organisation, kept in one place and read by every AI tool its people use, so every answer starts from the same facts. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and your own agents all know who decides what, what was decided, what you sell and how the work runs. Dienox is the platform that provides it.
Some call it a company brain, an AI second brain for a team, or an LLM wiki for a whole company. The full answer: what is universal AI context?
One source
A knowledge base of your organisation, with the history of every change.
Every tool
Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor and any MCP client read it, and write back what was decided.
Your limits
Roles decide who may change what, and every action leaves a trail.
The film
Dienox in one minute
What it is, how it connects to the AI you already use, and what an agent can and cannot do. With sound, or with captions.

Your AI starts every conversation from zero. It doesn't know your clients, your decisions, or where anything lives. So you paste. You explain. Every time. The models are good. What they're missing is you. Meet Dienox. Universal AI context, for every tool your people use. Connect it once, in the AI you already use. Now every chat knows your organisation, with the source under every answer. Plug in your systems, with limits. Reading numbers? Yes. Making a payment? No. So agents only get access to what you allow. Then put it to work. Agents take on the recurring work, day and night. Claude today, ChatGPT tomorrow. One source for your whole team. Dienox. Enterprise problem solving. Join the beta at dienox.com
Why Dienox
Your AI starts every conversation from zero
The models are good. What they are missing is you. Every chat begins without your organisation, without your systems and without a way to act on either.
It does not know you
Who decides what, what was promised to a customer, what was settled last month. You explain it again every time, in every tool.
Closed by KnowledgeIt cannot reach your work
Your mail, calendar, documents and numbers are out of its reach. Or they are connected without any limit, which is worse.
Closed by ToolsIt does not do the work
It answers questions. The weekly overview, the triage and the preparation still land on someone’s desk.
Closed by AgentsDienox closes all three. Once, for your whole organisation, in every AI tool you use
What it costs a team, and what fixes it: why ChatGPT forgets your company.
See it work
You ask in your own AI tool
No new app to learn. Dienox sits behind Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot, and answers with your organisation’s knowledge, your systems and your limits.
Prepare Thursday’s management meeting.
Your Dienox Meeting assistant says:
-
1
It knows the context
Who sits in the meeting, what was decided last time and why. From your knowledge base, not from the memory of a model.
-
2
It works within its limits
This assistant may read the calendar and the numbers. It may not change the invite: for this assistant, that action does not exist.
-
3
It says who is talking
The answer comes back by name, with a trail of what it read and what it cost.
How it works
Connect once. Every chat knows the company
Nobody has to change tools, and nothing has to be pasted in again. This is what happens from the first connection on.
The steps for Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Cursor: connect your AI tools to your company knowledge.
What did we agree with that client in June?
I have no record of that. I cannot see your mail, your documents or your decisions.
So you look it up, paste it in, and explain it again tomorrow.
Connected. A minute per person, nothing to install.
What did we agree with that client in June?
A twelve-month renewal at the June price, with the new response times. Decided on 14 June, after the escalation, by the account lead and finance.
Every answer carries where it came from, so you can check it.
You correct it once. It stays corrected, for everyone who asks after you.
Your knowledge sits in open files. Change tools, or leave, and it comes with you.
One source, one trail, and every role its own limits.
Your AI starts from zero
It does not know who decides what, what you promised a customer, or where anything lives. So you paste, you explain, and tomorrow you do it again.
One connection, in the tool you already use
Add Dienox, sign in, pick your organisation. A minute per person. Nothing to install and nothing new to learn.
From that moment it knows your organisation
The same question comes back answered: what was decided, what you sell, how the work runs. With the source under it, so you can check it.
And it stays current, in the background
Meetings, mail and documents land in the same place. Correct it once, and it stays corrected for everyone who asks after you.
Switch AI whenever you like
Claude today, ChatGPT tomorrow, Copilot at work. The same context in all of them, and your knowledge in open files you can take with you.
Your whole team, one source
Everyone works in the tool they like and reads the same knowledge. Roles decide who may change what, and every action leaves a trail.
Underneath: Knowledge. Tools. Agents.
Teach it once
One living knowledge base of how your organisation works: who you are, what you sell, how you decide, how you sound and where everything lives. Every AI tool you connect reads the same source, and writes back what was decided.
- Starts with a guided interview, or with what you already have
- Grows as you work, with the history of every change
- Yours to keep: take all of it with you at any time
Connect it, with limits
Dienox connects to where your information lives: mail, calendar, documents, numbers, dashboards. Every action on every connection has a level. Reading numbers: yes. Making a payment: no. Not because it is asked nicely, but because the option technically does not exist.
- Read, write or irreversible, set per action
- A person approves where it matters
- Works under the role of whoever connected it
Put it to work
An agent is knowledge plus a toolbox, set on a recurring stream of work: the weekly overview, inbox triage, meeting preparation, the signals you want to see. You switch on one at a time, and each one earns its place before the next joins.
- Answers by name, in your own AI tool
- Leaves a trail of what it did and what it cost
- Its way of working is written down, for you to read and change
Each system delivers on its own. After the first, you never explain who you are again. After the second, your AI can act, within your limits. After the third, it does work you do yourself today.
Getting started
From a signup to a first agent
-
1
Join the beta
Tell us who you are and which AI tools you use. A person reads it, and we look at your week with you.
-
2
The interview
A tested set of questions that draws out what normally lives in people’s heads. Half a day, and your knowledge base has its first version. Or start from the documents you already have.
-
3
Connect and set the limits
Connect your AI tools and the systems that matter. Decide per action what is allowed, what waits for a person and what does not exist.
-
4
Your first agent
One recurring stream of work, taken over. When it has earned its place, the next one joins.
For every layer
Every problem. Solved on the layer where it lives
Problems do not only live on the shop floor. Every layer of an organisation has its own stream, and almost all of it is handled by hand. Dienox recognises, decides and solves, and where AI may not act alone, it supports the people who do.
An example morning, on every layer of an organisation.
Decide with everything you already know
Most decisions are made with less information than is available. Slow decisions, scattered information, no time to dig.
- A weekly overview from the systems themselves, not from a report someone had to write
- The history of a decision and its reasons, in seconds
- A signal when a number deviates, before you ask
Weekly overview
monday 07:00 · every week
3 allowed · 1 waits for a person
Less collecting. More managing
Planning, escalations and reports eat the week. Much of the time goes to finding out what happened.
- Every standing meeting prepared, with the numbers that belong to it
- The inbox triaged, with a draft reply ready
- An escalation arrives with its history attached
Meeting preparation
before every standing meeting
3 allowed · 1 does not exist for this agent
Answer a question once
Questions, tickets and handovers. The same solutions, reinvented every day.
- Everyone’s AI tool reads the same, current knowledge
- A new colleague reads what the team knows instead of asking around
- An answer in the ticket, with where it came from
Questions & handovers
every hour · new tickets
3 allowed · 1 waits for a person
Hear about it before anyone reports it
Outages, alerts, signals and numbers that only get noticed when someone looks.
- Dashboards and contracts watched, continuously
- The owner told, with the context to act on it
- Nothing restarted or changed without the right to do so
Signals
continuous
3 allowed · 1 does not exist for this agent
Security and control
You decide what it can do. The rest does not exist
Security is a technical conversation, not a promise. So here is what can happen, and what cannot.
Reading numbers: yes. Making a payment: no.Not because it is asked nicely, but because the option technically does not exist. “Cannot” is stronger than “will not”, and it is the only thing we promise.
Permissions per action
Every action on every connection is read, write or irreversible, and switched on or off per agent. What is off is not in its toolbox, so it cannot be called.
A person approves
An irreversible action waits for someone with the right role, in Dienox. An approval counts once.
A trail of everything
What was read and what was changed, by which agent, for whom and at what cost. Every change to your knowledge can be undone.
Runs where you want it
In our cloud, or in your own environment: your server, your Azure, your AWS. A local model where nothing may leave.
Roles and organisations
Administrators, editors and readers. A connection belongs to one organisation, and nothing crosses from one to another.
Yours to keep
Your knowledge is kept in open files with its full history. Leaving means taking all of it with you.
Every level, every approval and the trail, in full: AI agents that cannot do what you did not allow.
Editions
Two editions. One platform
The same three systems, at the scale you choose and in the place you choose. Start small in our cloud, or bring the whole platform into your own environment from day one.
Self-serve
Start in our cloud.
Fill your knowledge base, connect your AI tools and switch on a first agent. It runs in the Dienox cloud, is ready the same day, and needs nobody from us next to you.
- Knowledge, tools and agents
- Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and any MCP client
- Roles for your team: administrator, editor, reader
Enterprise
Runs in your own environment.
The same platform, installed in your own IT environment. Your knowledge, your data and your access never leave it. We set it up with you, train your team and keep it current.
- Your server, your Azure or your AWS
- A local model where nothing may leave
- The interview, the setup and the training, with us
A connection to your own system, an agent for a stream that only exists at your organisation, a solution of its own. Built on the same three systems, so it stays one whole. Never a loose project. Always an extension.

FAQ
What people ask first
Something else? Ask it at hello@dienox.com. A person answers.
The words used here, each in a few sentences: the glossary.
What is universal AI context?
Universal AI context is the knowledge of an organisation, kept in one place and read by every AI tool its people use, so every answer starts from the same facts. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and your own agents all know who decides what, what was decided, what you sell and how the work runs. Dienox is the platform that provides it.
What is Dienox?
Dienox is a platform that gives a company one knowledge base that every AI tool its people use reads from: Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor and any other MCP client. It connects your systems with a limit on every action, and agents take on recurring work. Dienox is made by Dienox B.V. in Utrecht, the Netherlands, and is in beta.
How do we connect Claude and ChatGPT to our company knowledge?
Add Dienox in the AI tool as a connector, sign in and pick your organisation. It takes about a minute per person, and there is nothing to install. From then on the tool reads your knowledge base when a question needs it, with the source under the answer.
Can ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot share the same context?
Not by themselves: each keeps its own memory and its own projects. Connected to Dienox, they read the same knowledge base, so what was decided in a chat in Claude is there when a colleague asks in ChatGPT. Switch tools whenever you like, and the context stays.
What is MCP?
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is the open standard for connecting AI tools to data and systems. Anthropic introduced it in November 2024, and other AI providers have adopted it since. Any AI tool that speaks MCP can connect to Dienox.
How is this different from ChatGPT company knowledge or Claude Projects?
Those live inside one AI tool: what a Claude Project holds, ChatGPT does not read, and the other way round. Dienox is one source for all of them, kept current as you work, with roles, the history of every change and a limit on every action.
Can an agent do something we did not allow?
No. An agent only gets the actions you switched on for it. An action that is off is not in its toolbox, so it cannot be called, however the agent is asked. Irreversible actions wait for a person with the right role, and an approval counts once.
Where does our data live?
In the Self-serve edition, in the Dienox cloud, which is hosted in the Netherlands. In the Enterprise edition, in your own environment, on your own server, your Azure or your AWS, and it does not leave it. Either way it is yours, with its full history, and you can take it with you at any time.
Which systems does it connect to?
Your knowledge base is built in, and so is every AI tool that speaks MCP. Connections to mail, calendar, documents, numbers and the systems your work runs on are set up per organisation, each with its own limits, so an agent only ever touches what you have allowed.
How is this different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers from what it was trained on and what you paste in. Dienox gives your AI a lasting, shared knowledge of your organisation, connections with explicit limits, and agents that do recurring work. It is not another chat window: you keep using your own.
What about the documents and wikis we already have?
Bring them. Dienox reads what you have and turns it into a first version of your knowledge base, and lists the questions it could not answer. It does not replace Notion or Confluence: those are where people read. Dienox is where AI reads, and acts.
What does it cost?
Pricing is per organisation and depends on the edition and the scale. We agree it with you during the beta, so you know what it costs before anything is built. Signing up for the beta takes two minutes, and we come back to you within two working days.
What if we want to leave?
Then you take everything with you: the whole knowledge base with its history, in open files. Nothing is locked into a format only we can read. The same holds when you change AI tools: switching models changes nothing about your knowledge, your connections or your limits.
